BIG moment!
Taryn just had her first genuine smile! She laughed and laughed when Trey made some silly sound for her...something like "Goowaaaaa goowaaaaa!" She found that to be quite hilarious. Check it out:

    I clearly remember the first time Jake smiled. He was laying in his basinette and I was zooming his stuffed bee at him over and over, til he smiled at me, just once. Tears instantly sprang to my eyes, and I thought how silly it was that his smile should make me cry. But it was just so sweet and wonderful for him to finally smile after all those weeks of him appearing to be totally indifferent to us.

    The first laugh-out-loud is also a great moment.
