Who is Ms. Smarty Pants?

I don't know. I'm not even sure if that's her name. I think it's actually Mimi Smartypants or something. I ended up on her site after clicking on a link one day, and I just really like her writing style and what she had to say. She did, like, a whole dissertation on the cartoon Maisy one day, and it was the funniest thing! It's a lot of reading, but if you get a minute, you should check it out sometime. If you click on my link it takes you to the Maisy one. You have to go to newest posts or something like that on the side to get to the newer ones.
